February 2012: New partner Jennifer Hartman King joins Cota Cole.

April 2012: Partner David Prentice has been invited to testify before committee in favor of a bill to grant immunity to public agencies that conduct Proposition 218 hearings and are denied rate increases (SB 1120). Senator Berryhill is the bill author and the County of Madera is sponsoring the bill, with other counties also supporting it.
