Kevin P. Hall

Kevin Hall is a litigator whose practice areas include a wide spectrum of civil litigation matters. He is admitted before all of the courts of the State of California, including the California Supreme Court and both the United States Eastern and Central Districts of California. Mr. Hall also has experience practicing before all branches of California government, including the Fair Political Practices Commission, Secretary of State, and the California Legislature.

Mr. Hall graduated and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in 2003. At McGeorge, Mr. Hall served as a staff writer and an Associate Articles Editor for The Transnational Lawyer. Mr. Hall also published commentary in the McGeorge California Initiative Review and participated in the school’s Institute for Legislative Practice.

Mr. Hall has previously served on the Cordova Community Planning Advisory Council, an advisory council to the County of Sacramento Planning and Community Development Department.
