Stephanie C. Alford

Stephanie Alford is an associate attorney in the Roseville Office of Cota Cole LLP. Ms. Alford began her career with Cota Cole LLP as a summer associate in the litigation group. She continued her work with Cota Cole throughout her third year and joined the firm as an associate for both the litigation and municipal practice groups in December 2011. Ms. Alford's work has provided her with expertise in the Administrative Procedures Act, Medical Marijuana, Code Enforcement and First Amendment issues, and she has performed work integral to lawsuits relating to CEQA, Real Property, Section 1983 Civil Rights, and Labor and Employment.

Ms. Alford graduated from UC-Davis in 2007. Prior to attending UC-Davis School of Law, she worked as an intern in the American Cancer Society’s Government Relations Office. While in law school, Ms. Alford served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Juvenile Law and Policy and as the Treasurer of the King Hall Legal Foundation. She also gained litigation and family law experience volunteering in the UC-Davis Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic as a certified law student.
