Thomas E. Ebersole
Thomas E. Ebersole is an attorney in the Central Valley office. Mr. Ebersole represents a wide variety of clients, including businesses, government entities and individuals.
Mr. Ebersole is currently the City Attorney for the City of Gustine. In that position, he advises on the full scope of municipal issues. His experience includes providing counsel to the City for a wide range of labor and employment issues including providing advice in labor negotiations, Skelly hearings and administrative appeals, and drafting employment agreements and employment manuals.
Mr. Ebersole's general litigation practice has included handling claims of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and defending employers for alleged violations of section 132a of the California Labor Code in Worker's Compensation matters.
Mr. Ebersole's trial experience includes handling cases in state and federal court, having represented clients on a variety of issues ranging from the Voting Rights Act to employment issues, and real estate matters.
Mr. Ebersole obtained his law degree, with distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1999. Prior to attending McGeorge, Mr. Ebersole graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996.
Mr. Ebersole is currently the Webelos den leader for Troop 331 in the Sequoia Council.
